We are a unique local dairy. Like most farms our cows graze on our fields and our cows are milked. At Gorts the milk is also processed on the farm into non-homogenized milk, yogurt and Gouda cheese. We are open to the public 6 days each week (closed on Sundays). We have a retail store from which you can purchase our products and also see the cheesemakers at work. We are also one of the only dairies in Canada that are GRASS FED ONLY.
