The Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) promotes the mental health of the community and supports the resilience and recovery of people experiencing mental illness. We supply much needed supports, services and rehabilitation to individuals in the community who are experiencing mental illness. We do this through information resources, educational events, direct services, research and advocacy. We also exist to provide public education and assist in the removal of discrimination attached to mental illness while providing information contributing to the individual's mental wellness and the community at large.
